The gallery shows in late November to December Tomio Seike's newest photographs of pastoral scenes along the waters in southern England. In the delicate contrast between light and shadow, the photographs reproduce on fine prints a peaceful atmosphere created by trees and plants bordering lakes and rivers in harmony with the origin of their life, the waters themselves.

Seike is wellknown for his portraiture and nude, and active in London and New York besides Tokyo. He is recently keen to photograph landscapes as imaged in his mind, and "Paris" shown in 1997 at this gallery is one of his earlier works in such a style.
